MS Architects was first established back in 2016 by its founder and principal architect, Ar. Karlo Antonio O. Mamiit. It was his senior partner Ar. Janine Sy-Mamiit that the name MS Architects emanated.

Ar. Karlo Antonio Ona Mamiit
Principal Architect
Ar. Karlo is a graduate from MAPUA Institute of Technology in Manila with a degree in Architecture.
He is in charge of Marketing, Operations and Project Management of the Firm.
Prior to starting his own Architectural Firm, he worked as a Consultant Architect to several village associations which includes Multinational Village in Paranaque, St. Ignatius Village and White Plains Subdivision to name a few.

He is also an active member of UAP Marvalley Chapter and became the president in the year 2009-2010.

Senior Partner
Ar. Janine Joy Sy - Mamiit
Ar. Janine is a graduate from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila in Manila with a degree in Architecture.
She is in charge of the Design Works of the Firm.
In the past, she worked at various design firms like Palafox and Associates that involved her with different kinds of projects.

She is also an active member of UAP Maharlika Chapter.
